Next month we’re starting some building work at Kirkliston Library in order to combine the library with the local office which deals with enquiries and payments for council services.
We’ ll remain open while the work is going on, but for health and safety reasons part of the building will be inaccessible, and some items of library stock may be unavailable. There will also be a slight reduction in the number of computers available for public use during this period.
The building work will commence on Wednesday 5th January and be completed during the week beginning 24th January. The local office will be closed for relocation on Wednesday 26th January and will re-open in the joint facility on the 27th.
