What’s the point of the public library?

That’s the subject up for discussion tomorrow morning on BBC Radio 4 as Quentin Letts, along with Sir Andrew Motion, Tim Coates and arts minister Ed Vaizey debate whether people are losing sight of the original purpose of public libraries.
